BlinkX restores a historic page only after checking the media and context. Even with that process, rights holders and people depicted need a clear way to request review.

What to include in a notice

• The exact BlinkX URL and a clear description of the material at issue.
• Your relationship to the work, person or rights involved.
• Enough contact information for us to respond and, for copyright claims, information supporting ownership or authority.
• Any urgent safety, privacy or legal concern that affects how quickly the matter should be reviewed.

Review process

BlinkX may temporarily restrict material while a credible notice is reviewed. We may request clarification, contact the uploader or source where appropriate, and preserve records needed to resolve the matter.
